  1. Ha, I didn't notice on my phone either. Lol
  2. Far from worthless. Pretty sure it is better than my LG G5 output was.
  3. So, to test I need a DAC. Anyone have a newer cheap USB recommendation?
  4. ...which is under the kitchen so the monitor and keyboard etc are upstairs.
  5. Could be my first Apple product in a long time. I no longer have a reference sound card to test against outside of my desktop which is inconveniently for this in the furnace room in my basement.
  6. The el cheapo winner looks like the Apple dongle. $9. Lol
  7. My listening is only: when I ride my bike, walking through an airport, on an airplane, and occasionally in a car. All of those situations have a lot of background noise so separation which is where these all fail first is not that big of a deal. Those conditions almost always have me streaming as well which may be as big of a sad influence on the source as well. Once the plane takes off I usually use my laptop as a music source as it carries my complete music collection at all times. Can't say it is noticeably better....but I've also never used headphones with my laptop not on a plane. The only two headphones I've tried on either are the included Google nonsense and my Alclairs. The dongle doesn't have enough cahones, but I don't think much does that is portable.
  8. If it isn't a remote blowthrough where only the port comes into the truck it is a waste of space to do a 4th BP, just build a 4th order ported.
  9. Stock one is ok depending on your source, environment and goals....but that being said I guess I am now going to do some A/B testing. Bastard. Pretty sure you just cost me money. Of course, I've never had a phone that had a great DAC so I hope there are now ones available.
  10. I just keep the adapter connected to my headphone jack. Sucks...but I like the Pixel. The el cheapo Pixel has a headphone jack.
  11. Me 2. Just got back from the tractor show myself. I will post some pics later. Got to climb around on a 150hp case that was custom built.
  12. GT3 format please
  13. The headlights could use a refresh...
  14. Hmmmm. Wondering if I fit.
  15. That fringe is not one of fun. More of sick world ending nausea.
  16. That is something I wouldn't worry about. GM's specifications on magno shocks and their control are more stringent and modeled than the other manufacturers. The DCT I am more concerned with, but they watched BMW's learning curve and are not putting any new wicked tech into the car outside of it. I am HUGELY against first year anything. I really, really subscribe to that theory, but I ordered one. My guess is that year 2, they can still sell 40k of them at an extra $20k. Used prices will hold like new for 3 years trying to sort out the market and then everyone will forget any first year woes which GM will take care of as this is the vette. I could be overly optimistic, but this is their car. It can't get soured on. If the corvette is a flop it would be akin to a Mercedes with an autopilot that had a crash rate of 70%. Just can't happen. I am sure there will be first year fun, but it is fundamentally a super car for $60k. I almost bought a Gallardo for $70k just a few years back. That would have been a much bigger hole in the pocket book even without a ton of depreciation since then. The GM parts bin makes shit cheap. That being said, if I don't fit a nasty-Stang will appear here. I need a car again....BAD!
  17. Didn't pass. Scary how you feel when you eat too many. Not sure the world is ready for that.
  18. Or trail ride and not, but the mountains are genius for big snow.
  19. Book a guide, it is worth it. Otherwise you'll be stuck....A LOT
  20. I didn't say ski. Take a mountain sled out for a rip works too.
  21. This would be my only other chioce
  22. Speaking of Vette's Should be in my garage if I don't get cold feet.
  23. CO is fun. DOo it. Winter or summer, not fall or spring. Should go up some peaks1
  24. Wish I could help bro. Trying to think of whom I know and am failing. We didn't have frats or anything which doesn't help.
