  1. She would be done driving my vehicles, did you have full coverage? Is there a 3rd lincoln that she can wreck?Yes to all.You a mechanic right, maybe you can help me?I don't know anything about cars. Kinda like I know nothing about mechanical engineering...we already knew that
  2. Seriously?? Dumb bitch
  3. I fooled you then
  4. The wood bracket is flush with the opening.
  5. It is inset at the top, but only a bit. Not so noticeable. The whole screen is low by a 1/4" or so as my AFR gauge took a bit more space than I had originally thought and I need to do some trimming. That will happen later. Whipple time today.
  6. There is no tablet. What do you mean by air gaps?
  7. Actually the simplicity of the install is what makes it look so damn nice. How does it do with sunglare? Is the screen dimable? J Screen is dimmable, not quite bright enough
  8. I should probably do sub/s
  9. One wire to switch though.
  10. Of course I wired the minidsp to turn on with the car, not the computer. Same with the amps. That was probably a mistake.
  11. 13 usb devices makes a wiring nightmare.
  12. I also realize I should have added a manual power button as well. Would be nice to turn on only the computer. Easy enough to add though. SUPER glad I added an extra volume control. Mounted VERY temporarily right now.
  13. Thanks. For being simple it sure was a bitch.
  14. Here's what my V8 controller looks like. Not done, but a teaser anyway.
  15. $5. Dumb way to go fastNegative brother!! The originality is whats most important...One of the fastest cars I have rode in was a GNX.. Originality? How is that anywhere near original? Camaro never came with a turbo 6. The GNX was a single turbo. Originality is already gone. Nothing else like it around...Not your ordinary build. So it's like building a bandpass.
  16. turbo something else Would take the fun out of it!you mean make sense
  17. $5. Dumb way to go fast Negative brother!! The originality is whats most important...One of the fastest cars I have rode in was a GNX..if you were buiding a gnx fine but as far as I know your are not.
  18. Hey Jon hope life is treating you well
  19. turbo something else
  20. $5. Dumb way to go fast
  21. Tips or links to? I'd love to be able to do this for me and the girl.JThe biggest tip possible is pack everything that you need, but NOTHING you won't use. That I figured on. What about folding techniques, or things thereof.J don't fold....ever. Roll. Depends on what you pack. I am lazy and use a suiter Great tip actually. Helps a lot to roll clothes instead of folding. I usually roll my socks, undershirts, etc. just need to get it tighter I suppose. J that's the stuff I don't roll lol
  22. Me too. Over lunch I am going to go buy the adapter I need and then I can install the touchscreen too
  23. Closed cell foam in between the rattling surfaces is what you need.
  24. Number of drivers is irrelevant, but spacing is. Not from driver to driver but from any driver to any driver. The results in a car with a sub will not match the equation though.
  25. Tomorrow I get BOOST!
