Perhaps I could ask a direct question. Roush setup I assume is good. Any others that I shouldn't shy away from? Price aside as that part I can figure out. ....but it is shocking how many boosted ones are near 30k...if I don't fit in the vette I will own one.

Have to balance cost of ownership and while I would love a 350 they hold their value now too well to not buy a boosted one that is half price. That is why I asked if the roush setup was ok.

Unplug the speakers from your amp and see if it still goes into protect. Double check all wiring to make sure that NO - & + are connected or loose. Turn the gain down as low it will go Report back...btw, instead of saying "less than 12v" giving us a measurement would be good.

But the C8 solves one HUGE problem with the C7. ..at least I hope. C6 fits fine...I DON'T want one. C7 I can't even sit in...otherwise I'd probably have one. C8 will do everything better than either the 6 or 7 for me. Also a lot more daily useful than an older one.

No V8 or no Android Auto removes BMW, Audi, Volvo, Ford & Lexus from options for me. Range Rover are mechanical shit shows *I will not run a full size (ie Suburban no, Tahoe ok) which rules out the V8 Fords Makes it bleak. Think I spend a bit more money on my rig upgrading it.
