Thanks for that. I have a tick (louder when cold), under even the slightest load, took a look at the manifold and the furthest manifold bolt is gone. And that's where the EGR port is, so besically it's like 2 ports don't have a bolt. I sure hope that's the culprit. Figures that when I build a new downpipe, I can take off the turbo, manifold, change the bolt and tap the manifold for an EGT sensor. Same one on mine, was surprised it didn't do it all the time. Glad it wasn't in the valvetrain....in particular since I am about to throw some more air at the motor.
