  1. The most important thing on ANY protein is Kosher Salt. Impossible to season without it. Considering Diamond Crystal kosher is half the weight per unit volume you can get a WAY more even coating which is critical for flavor development. Outside of that it depends on if it is whole, on bone, off bone, with skin... General rule of thumb with proteins is hit them hard with heat for a maillard reaction and then slowly bring them up to eating temp. You can do that in reverse, but it is harder to master.
  2. If they need any financial help let me know,no disrespect but I would be happy to help. Thanks Mike. He is currently unemployed, but his wife works for United Healthcare so my guess is that their insurance is rather effective. Hope so since they had CT, MRi, Ambulance ride and way more.
  3. She is breathing on her own again and said mama and dada
  4. Ha, taking a nap but don't want to sleep
  5. I didn't say it wouldn't help, but that mass doesn't help rattles. Flex is not rattles.
  6. If you want cheap buy a paperback and older addition. Not worth any extra for the newer versions
  7. Mass is what will help control rattles like that, so I'm guessing roll on would be far easiermass is one of the dumbest ways to control rattles
  8. Trying to wake her up now. All tests inconclusive which hopefully means it was the fall or her fever that caused it and all is well.
  9. Spent all night in the ER. Pretty tired/lagged atm. My brothers 15mo had a grand mal seizure and they can't figure out why. MRI/CT/Xray....all inconclusive. On a ventilator and stable, but to say it is touch and go is an understatement.
  10. I dont need the interior mine is ok, minus the carpet and front buckets need re-wrapped it is all black leather..plus I have in not far from mint condition SS interior still in shipping boxes that at the moment I am not wanting to tackle a dash swap. The SS interior isn't any nicer, still classic GM crapThat just ensured me that I will build this project just for you.I bet I can change your mind, care to wager? If you want to throw money away, lol, feel free. There is no fixing those cars. Absolutely worst interior I can say that I've ever been in.
  11. I take it you also never have drinks that require ice either? Honestly, I cannot blame you. J I avoid them, but in reality probably would have no problems. I travel a ton and have an iron stomach. In N MN I drink water straight from the lakes where most people get diarrhea.
  12. Funny thing is if you paid for bottled water instead of taking the free water, NA beer was cheaper in Baghdad.JThere is not free water, you pay for it. I know there are exceptions, but 95% of the restaurants have no free choice near my office. Everything is bottled. Flat or with Gas. Beer is cheaper. In my situation there was free water. Pallets of it everywhere. Remember I was in Baghdad on deployment, so I was on base. As such, there was the free pallets of water, or you could buy Dasani, Nestle, etc from the PX. That ran about 2 bucks a 20oz bottle, working out to 12 bucks for a 6 pack as they didn't have case of it for sale at a discounted price. Beer on the other hand was only sold in the NA variety, and was 7-10 bucks for a 6 pack depending on what brew you prefered. i was a Becks Dark or St Paulie's Girl kind of guy. American NA beer did not exist for us. J I was referring to restaurants/bars.
  13. Where I travel you don't always want to drink the water.

  18. Almost home. Land in 1hr 20
  19. Of course in Germany water is more expensive than beer which I find amusing
  20. $25 dollars for a coke? Damn!Except in the US most of the world charges as much if not more for a coke than a beer. Coke should be stupid cheap anywhere. Sugar and water and coloring. And beer has no expensive processed sugars, just water, hops & malt
