  1. Considering I just bought a Lee Jackson (more or less modified Marshall), about to buy a 2x12 cab with dual Vintage 30's, and possibly even grabbing a new guitar with EMG's or Seymour Duncans I am curious who you've added to the list.
  2. Never, those bastards. Prices are more than double what they were two years ago.
  3. Not going to happen quickly. The arabs have to kill Russia and North Dakota first.
  4. Of course it is unfair when you own oil producing land. Not me actually, but my parents and I'll take the hit so they can make some money as otherwise they are uber poor.
  5. I am one. It sucks.
  6. Did you ever use XP pro?Yep, hate it.
  7. I didn't open the manual, but if it accepts serial commands and you have a cable on your pc it will be BY FAR the easiest way. Dicking around with a modem to call it would be absurdly complicated in comparison. Serial connections outside of speed are something I'd prefer. SO FUCKING EASY in comparison.
  8. Why would you need a modem for this Enable remote access....and pm me your ip..... How would you connect from outside the local network? Unless the router is setup for port forwarding or using a reverse connection. UDP.. ...requires no handshakes.. excluding port 0That doesn't make any sense to me. The Remote Desktop Protocol: UDP Transport Extension Protocol has two distinct phases of operation. The initial phase, UDP Connection Initialization (section 1.3.2.1), occurs when a UDP connection is initialized between the terminal client and the terminal server. Data pertaining to the connection is exchanged and the UDP connection is set up. Once this phase is completed successfully, the protocol enters the UDP Data Transfer (section 1.3.2.2) phase, where Coded Packets are exchanged. The protocol can operate in one of two modes. The operational mode is determined during the UDP Connection Initialization phase. These modes are as follows: RDP-UDP-R or "Reliable" Mode: In this mode, the endpoint retransmits datagrams that have been lost by the underlying network fabric. RDP-UDP-L or "Best-Efforts" Mode: In this mode, the reliable delivery of datagrams is not guaranteed, and the endpoint does not retransmit datagrams. The connection between the endpoints is terminated when either the terminal client or terminal server terminates the connection. No protocol-specific messages are exchanged to communicate that the endpoint is no longer present.Umm, this is RS-232 not something over ethernet. Protocol is UBER simple. Send command shit happens. Command might be "request for state" both literally and figuratively.
  9. ROFL, thanks for sharing. Made my night, I've had moments like that before.
  10. That is crazy since I almost need a XXL because of my palm. The XL Cabelas should fit you pretty well, might even get by with a large. My fingers are SUPER long.
  11. Amusingly I use WIndows 8 absolutely no differently than 7, it just does everything better. In the 2 years I've used it I don't think I've clicked on a metro tile even twice. Better typing search via start button ftmfw.
  12. I have a VERY trashed pair of those. Still way warmer than the Klim's but I can't wear them on a 200mi day and wear them the next day. My hand isn't wide enough for them so the material folds over under my palm and I end up with weird blisters. I am aggressive as hell on a sled though....but once you ride mine 200' you will know why.
  13. And $50
  14. These are 10x the glove for warmth http://www.cabelas.com/product/Cabelas-GORE-TEXreg-PrimaLoftreg-Pinnacle-Gloves/1611119.uts?Ntk=AllProducts&searchPath=%2Fcatalog%2Fsearch.cmd%3Fform_state%3DsearchForm%26N%3D0%26fsch%3Dtrue%26Ntk%3DAllProducts%26Ntt%3Dglove%26x%3D0%26y%3D0%26WTz_l%3DHeader%253BSearch-All%2BProducts&Ntt=glove&WTz_l=Header%3BSearch-All+Products
  15. Also wearing out WAY fast IMO. I seriously hate that I spent $$$ on them.
  16. And they take forever to dry. I used to have a pair of Polaris leather gloves that were under a hundo and were 10x the gloves the Klim's are.
  17. Hate to say this, but they are seriously the worst money I have ever spent on snowmobiling. SUPER frustrated I bought them. Too cheap to buy something else, but my hands get cold EVERYTIME I ride now. They never used to with my el cheapo Cabela's gloves although with those I got blisters. My FXR non-insulated ones I haven't yet tried when it is super cold, but last year the hand warmer on my left grip was broke so at -20F you really can't ride without big mitts.
  18. Still return them?
  19. I've also found in Win8 that if both windows (cutting from and pasting too) aren't open that a cut paste doesn't work. Somehow it forgets what you've copied/cut. It is my only frustration with 8 as I find everything else superior to 7.
  20. Neither do the Klims. For working I'd really look at moisture control MUCH more than warmth. Gortex and waterproof leather fail that bad? That's crazy bro! I'm sweaty. They do NOT breath. Sure they are waterproof, but breathable is more important. I bring a second pair if I need to dig myself out so my riding ones dno't get wetter. Now I gotcha. That makes a fuckload more sense. I purchased these to be my second pair. I will soak anything. It could be those thin cotton sock gloves, I'll drench them eventually. So they aren't warm and don't breathe well.....amazing combination. Are all the Klim gloves lacking in breathable skills? Not sure. I can't say that I've found any gloves that are great. In general Klim stuff is really top notch. Exactly why I paid $230 for a pair of gloves. My $40 Cabela's ones are a lot warmer. I do push them to the edge. -25F going 70mph with only a hand visor between them and moving air. My bars are heated, but if I turn them on right away then I start to sweat and stick. It would be good to feel mine before wearing yours. When they pack down (took 1 ride) it is rather obvious they won't be warm. What are you planning on wearing them for? Snowblowing and moving stuff around the yard. Big sticks that fall. And some shoveling. I burn the sticks and then shovel the pit out. Sticks puncture every winter glove I have ised. So I have been wearing choppers over thin gloves. That the fucking worst. My mountain gloves are great.... Until I have to touch things. The dexterity and warmth fade the moment I try to use them. I also thought they might be good for the occasional sled ride or late motorcycle ride when it gets close to 30. And if I ever snowboard again. They feel like I have enough dexterity to work buckles. IMO you'd be better off with 10 pairs of $23 gloves than one pair of $230. Do you really pick up sticks when it is cold as fuck out? In the winter when I do that I just use some mildly insulated mechanix glvoes from Menards or Northern Tool. The snowblowing and cold motorcycle ride I'd focus on a more breathable glove that isn't as tough. Same advice for the sled.
  21. At that temp I am fine with a pair of 9mm latex gloves if I am only outside for 3 hours or less. Puts things into perspective when I say something isn't warm, lol

  23. Did I say you are a shit house?
  24. What folder are those 4 under is what I was stating. They aren't in the root of USERs
  25. I am over 6'7 so it isn't like the foundation doesn't match the building. Takes a bigger foundation to hold up a skyscraper than a shit house.
