Those 8's stink for anything with a Q in it. Awful in fact. They SUCK as midbasses and SUCK as midranges. Real loud in a real narrow range where you don't need the output. Better off really stating your goals and getting something that will work.

You should take a step back and re-evaluate your goals. Pretty sure those 8's won't fit in them...

Do you have someone who has made cuatom turbo headers before that you trust? Do you know a tuner that is good with fi? Between those two a hot, cold side turbo, Nov and piping you will easily be in for 5-7 grand and still need lower compression, head studs, a custom cam, and a prayer that it can wijhold boost. To make the power of a v8 with mild work you'll have either a shit ton of hours or 10g's in a time bomb. Doowhatchalike but you are going down a silly path.

This is not a daily driver it is a toy/project more less has a strong rebuilt 3.4 for a little v6 anyways..lol has maybe seen 20 miles since I have bought it like a year ago almost..And I do not wan't to do a v8 conversion because I already have plans with two more..lol It is still pointless, going to end up with more in the "kit" than a simple swap. How many PSI is the engine built for and what is it in? I am not sure actually it was rebuilt when I got it...It is just for fun to have something different..I am not concerned what I will have in it in the end.. Plenty of LS conversion packages for $2k or so. Add an $800 scrap yard truck motor and rip for cheap. I was actually thinking a Barra 4.0. Mounts and custom headers are off the shelf for the LS. Plenty of power and ultra cheap in the scrap yards as well. Your idea is sexier and probably more satisfying but $$$ per HP and resale wise it'll lose out to the readily available option. Be faster going in and out as well.
