Somewhat on the topic, have you seen the new nespresso machines? I sampled one at Sur La Table and I'm not sure which on i had but the coffee didn't seem to have crema but bubbles on top That'd be sad, the previous versions made better espresso than 99% of coffee shops. That is really, really sad though.
