  1. It isn't rocket science. What you quote for the f pup is similar nonsense to a clamp test. Useless. And if you can't figure out reputable I feel sorry for you. Must be tough to make decisions about anything you buy. As yes the DD-1 is a useless paperweight
  2. Gets uber hot
  3. Is the nicer one too. Of course the stupid mount for my boat was sanother $60
  4. Tons ofbthem on Cl in the fall although mine was new at the end of the season clearance
  5. Bought mine for$130
  6. Magna portable wins by far. Gets fucking hot.
  7. Gasket material sucks on all of them.
  8. Truth. I still buy some pre salted things... But it's rare. We have almost 0 premiced spices that I use.Wife has a few Italian or herbs de province that she likes. I do have some base curries that I fine tune. no salt in herbs
  9. I have always salted(or salt and pepper) first.Didn't know why. Sean do you wait for the salt to pull water out and dissolve? I had that happen with a fillet once. It was still good, but weird without the crispy salt. just waitboong enough tobwhere it'll. Stay put when you rub
  10. Start with anything used and play. Nothing will help you decide really whatvto buy more. IMO the 900.4 is a much bettervsolution than the 800.4.
  11. Of course, easy to fix. Just remove and add first.
  12. Any recipe or spice mix that has the salt in it already is wrong.
  13. That being said, I would do one major modification if you find a rub that has salt in it. Leave the salt out. Salt the meat first. Let it get happy THEN rub.
  14. I know someone with some gasket material
  15. The same amp is made by PPI, Hertz, Polk Audio, NVX and someone I am forgetting. All variants are basically identical. I dislike them not for an amp. If you read above I am pretty clear about an amp being an amp
  16. You had temperature surfing. Rode the wave the wrong way too. Heat KILLS
  17. just spent $4k on brakes
  18. Shows a list
  19. Want the reach of the crop and the 70d is really pretty amazing.l You make my point even better. 2.8 IS mki is your lens. Go forth and purchase. None for sale
  20. Currently on the phone being interviewed by these guys: http://www.worldsgreatesttv.com/ They want me to be on tv...perhaps in September.
  21. Ha, caffeine doesn't really affect me. You don't notice the shake. But the camera will at the long end of 200mm. I didn't believe it until I started shooting pistols regularly. Your natural pulse causes shake. It's pretty logic, but amusing, how close shooting a gun and a camera are. I have a 270mm. Familiar. It has IS, but it is only 5.6 at the long end.
  22. Yeah I wouldn't be using one. How are the TBs on the top end? If you could snap your fingers and add a tweeter to the top end would you? No, if they needed a tweeter they'd have one. Sound better than any bookshelves I've ever heard. If you aren't ON AXIS though you'll need a tweeter and then the whole design is flawed.
