Why cotton? Awful material IMO. Soft, sure, but not so useful. I always shoot for blends on my shirts, but they get to be a sweaty mess anyways.

I can carry on 5 dress shirts, 2 slacks, a sport coat, full dop kit, my laptop, dslr, change of shoes, and a set of clothes for the weekend in 1 bag. For longer trips than that I add my personal item.

That is why I buy Briggs. I am sure they will claim that is normal wear and tear. I could show you about 5 bags that are destroyed completely....if I didn't throw shit away. Part of the reason I NEVER check anything. For trips less than 3 weeks it surely isn't necessary to check IMO.
