Welcome to the IHoP v.2
There's got to be plenty in that range. Good pizza can't cost that much right? There is a Lou Malnati's on Irving Park Road about 6mi or so from the airport. Might be a little further but even in rush hour it is just local street driving and isn't all that slow. If you go there either get a Sausage or Garlic, Spinach & Pepperoni (no substitutions or subtractions). You'll thank me.

I buy when what I drink is cheap. Helps to get distributor pricing on cases of wine as well.

balance/SQ, lossless line voltage?
Perhaps my comment on local shops somewhere near page 1 now makes more sense to everyone. For once I was not being an asshole. That shop sounds like an utter bumblefuck of retardedness though.

Mid-Bass Driver Selection
Obviously I didn't recall right from earlier in the thread. Those drivers really want to be ported so I figured and remembered that you were going to.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
If you are running to the liq everytime you want a drink you have a drinking problem. It becomes problematic when visiting. Thanks peng Read my next post, exactly what I was stating

Popped a tweeter, faulty unit or user error?
STOP using the DD-1 it is only hurting. Seriously, it is the biggest waste of $$ in car audio. It does NOTHING positive and can't help you do anything. Actually that statement is wrong, it is good at one thing. It is definitely helpful in allowing people to break their gear. Seen that over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

Attaching a ported enclosure to a door that is well "padded" should be fine.

MN is also closed on Sundays. I actually respect that. Sole reason though is because I'd like mom & pop liquor stores to survive and have the day off. We don't need to Walmart everything.

Then there are those of us who have one of every type of major liquor, 300+ bottles of wine, a couple cases of beer and whatever mixer you could imagine on hand always. I don't have the problem of trying to find alcohol.

Enclosure fail.

And Matt, no fine needed. 3.2 has to be something like 3.2 or less +/-.3 which means many standard beers already tickle that range. The light beers are regularly just the same beer.

$25 doesn't really buy you shit otherwise in Chicago. Hell $100 is tough.

Welcome to the IHoP v.2
not Ord, but define north Chicago We will be headed to Racine. Any suggestions for something with entrees in the $25 range? Nowhere in Racine. Cult classic that fits your price on the way back is Bob Chinn's crabshack. Restaurant grosses $25M/yr as the #1 restauratn $ in the country. They do it with cheap seafood in a cheap atmosphere. I love the place, but you can't just blindly order. Just don't get anything breaded

Why do you care about power, it is cheap. That also wasn't the point made above. And a single layer of glass is NOT strong. You need way more.

Help W/Silk dome tweeter sound
Sure the mids are wired right? "Most" of the sound should NOT come through the tweeter.

Popped a tweeter, faulty unit or user error?
It sucks just as bad for subs as for anything else. ie, it is useless.

I REALLY need at least an inch of snow somewhere. Took vacation tomorrow and can't ride on ice or I'll over heat. This winter sucks. Need fucking snow!

MZ-01 Blizzak's I think. They were awful actually. Worst ones I've ever owned. Of course they were 275's so....

C1100.4-Need 6.5" components to match
Perhaps if you told us what dealers that you can go to carry it would help. Of course, you could just go listen to everything. Make them demo in cars though.

Popped a tweeter, faulty unit or user error?
Don't take this wrong, but there are idiots that will buy it so they made it. It has no value, no use and is absolutely useless. Isn't even good as a paperweight sell it. Definitely wasn't an equipment failure but a user failure. Chalk it up to a learning experience and spend more time paying attention to what the drivers are telling you.
