Yuk! I don't like the new 4runners at all! Doesn't really matter the era for me, the steering wheel PINS my legs down. Sat in an 09 as well just to see. NO legroom in those things if you have a long shin.

The TRD 5.7 Supercharger though is appealing...otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Since I was there I thought wth I'll tool a 4runner as they can be had cheap. Poop.

Just drove a Tundra, 4Runner & an Escalade. Thought maybe a $15k get my by could stretch/delay the inevitable. Not so amusingly the craptastic GM drove BY FAR the best of the lot. The Tundra is a fucking boat. Thought it would at least feel Japanese, but nope.

Fuck, we have some and my sled is in 1000+ pieces. Still need to find an engine builder I trust to hone the cylinders and press on the crank bearings. That and a welder to weld up a custom W cooler in the back.
