  1. Drill a hole, shove speaker cable through, caulk hole.while I agree I figured Ryan would have said cock in the hole.
  2. W12 came in the A8, Bentley, Phaeton, but never the Toureg
  3. Maybe that is what I was thinking of. The v10 Volkswagen isn't as bitchin as I thought I remember reading it would be. And any power adders on the V10 tend to liquify the tranny
  4. The V12 Audi however is not
  5. Sort of digging on the red, although I DO NOT need to be noticed that much
  6. What is it doing? I thought mine shit, but fixing it was UBER easy with the internets help.Grinding noise even when hand spinning the drum. BIL cleaned and oiled up be bearings and no change.....He missed one. Definitely a bearing, probably a support bearing. Hell mine weren't even bearings but bushings. Oiling and cleaning won't help mine. They were a whopping $4 each though...Couldn't be an internal motor bearing? He is pretty thorough. Takes things apart for a living... They should have parts available for anything. They are cheap. It is the labor that isn't.
  7. Really thought about a V10 TDI when I got the ML. Just not quite quick enough
  8. Not worth the price difference though http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?zip=55441&endYear=2009&keywordPhrases=Turbo&modelCode1=CAYENNE&sortBy=derivedpriceASC&showcaseOwnerId=0&startYear=2008&makeCode1=POR&listingType=used&listingTypes=used&searchRadius=0&mmt=%5BPOR%5BCAYENNE%5B%5D%5D%5B%5D%5D&listingId=331566000&Log=0 That is what fucking annoys me. $30k for one with 75k or less in great shape should be reasonable.
  9. Amusingly I am flying into Richmond VA in a couple weeks so I "could" pick it up too.
  10. Is that the ecoboost? One with a charged 4.6 would be a fun little toy. If it still had an 8 I'd be willing to take an older new body style and have some fun with it. The chassis wasn't too bad in the sport.

  12. Closest one to fitting atm, I'd prefer fewer miles though so I could keep it longer. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?zip=55441&endYear=2009&keywordPhrases=Turbo&modelCode1=CAYENNE&sortBy=derivedpriceASC&showcaseOwnerId=0&startYear=2008&makeCode1=POR&listingType=used&listingTypes=used&searchRadius=0&mmt=%5BPOR%5BCAYENNE%5B%5D%5D%5B%5D%5D&listingId=344420112&Log=0
  13. Would require a stereo install too, unlike most of the other vehicles. Mostly since the headunit/nav system blows donkey. A win8 pc/touchscreen would solve that though.
  14. And now I have to find one. Really want an 08 so it has the newer motor. Allows rather rapid and super cheap upgrades to more than Turbo S power.
  15. As a test, I drove an 03 today with 145k. Fucking destroyed. Makes me a little worried if I get an 08 with 80k what it will be like in 5 years.
  16. Need a good starting point though What has every option you want but not enough power? is there such an option out there? Only real options are: 2012+ Jeep SRT8 but the seats suck 2008 Cayenne Turbo - but of course they were $8k cheaper a few months ago 2009 BMW X5M/X6M maybe a 2010 in the 5 2010/11 BMW X6 5.0 I am also looking to see if there are any 2011 Cayenne V8's with the right suspension options as that may be okay too
  17. I HATE lazy boy seats, need to have 4 doors for two car seats, tow 7k lbs, have AWD/4WD to make it up my driveway, and be faster and handle comparatively to my ML63. I also don't want a full size hog. Tried REALLY hard to figure out how to like an Escalade, but even with a supercharger they are a dog and handle like turds.
  18. Need a good starting point though
  19. And someone will want to talk me out of long term 5.0, err 4.4L TT DI BM'er motor too huh?
  20. I was really implying a sports sedan that is well balanced, but I have a problem with cars that aren't fast. Killing me now as I really don't like ANY of my options.
  21. Maybe it's the RWD. AWD, kills some of the fun but makes snow much easier I prefer RWD in the snow. Just not in a truck
  22. For good measure I drove the new Exploder Sport. With a Livernois chip maybe, but I can't get over the non-leather covered dash. Otherwise it is really pretty impressive considering.
  23. What is it doing? I thought mine shit, but fixing it was UBER easy with the internets help.
  24. Lord the 2003 Cayenne Turbo they have at Wayzata Nissan was so awful I couldn't believe it. Seats were SHOT. 145k miles. Drove the 08 at Tonka BMW next door though to rekindle my faith in the platform.
