  1. I can clarify for you though Matt. You are being an Alpha by asking questions which amusingly is almost like letting others take control of the conversation in their mind when the reality is completely the opposite. Humans are creatures. Have to please them emotionally.
  2. MDF, zip ties, and epoxy? Now that you brought it up, I expect a few pics in the hop once it's done. Epoxy and MDF are WAY too much work. Just find some shit to zip tie it to and I'm good I'm terrible at taking pics, never remember. Main reason I never do build logs. That and it's never much to look at Functional but not that pretty. Functional > Nice looking
  3. Doesn't look like that is going to work. Quick check of the local Craigslist shows none in the area and the wife will need to pick it up in her car or have it shipped. She is not a huge fan of craigslisting. Kirkland
  4. Depends completely on the interviewer and position being applied for.Actually no it doesn't. Alpha is always a bad thing and NEVER a way to build a relationship. By no means am I saying you shouldn't control the interview, but that doesn't mean being submissive nor Alpha. Yeah that's basically what I was thinking. Only time for Alpha mode is in the gym, IMO. When I say alpha I think it means something different..... I don't puff my chest and pound in any situation really.... but I do naturally control almost every group I am in. People usually look to me to lead and I enjoy delegating, leading by education, and taking that roll. I know nothing of what you speak.
  5. 10w will be enough. Start with every driver independently. I'd pick the passenger mid first. Start with "normal" listening levels. Eventually you'll have to test at higher levels to see if you need to compromise on the crossover to protect them, but first start where that won't be an issue. Tweeters are confusing at first. Beware the level.
  6. The order is all of the above or any permutation you can imagine. Have to train your ear first.
  7. Home is blame on autocorrect
  8. On bath duty and the exhaust fan just seriously pissed off a hornet. He didn't make it outside alive though since he ran from the open window. Caant say I home him. Was still 98 an hour ago
  9. Ewww, Sean takes it in the pooper... you misplaced the noun with a direct object
  10. Find a used Lynx or Fire Magic
  11. Cook like shit too, IMO
  12. Weber doesn't even use stainless. Rent a grills until you eclipse $1000 or so
  13. Hard not to beat a Weber
  14. Used
  15. Speaking of interviews, I've been at the weirdest interview ever. My resume was forwarded by a high-school and college friend (he taught me a ton of programming) and at the interview all the employees, 7 total, gathered around me and wanted to hear what I had to say. We got through a ton of topics and they also had information about my car audio obsession and backhoe experience You have car audio experience? In a backhoe?

  17. I like it as much as yogurt....but if you knew how much yogurt I ate that wouldn't be a major support for it. It is a nice addition to a smoothy though since you are in calorie pound mode.
  18. Bucket the size of a large master bedroom is moving some rice.
  19. And yes I am anal.
  20. Keen makes some awesome steel toe stuff too btw.
  21. For instance, casual jeans shoe with hiking shoe guts.
  22. What about a suit and vibram five fingers? Better than what most people wear which is something like this: or this IMO I wouldn't even wear those with jeans. The Mezlan's above look better with jeans. Jeans can be dressed down with a more casual shoe but that I am trying to be dressy but having casual comfort is horseshit.
  23. Birks? Absolutely. Flip flop up here is a generic term for a sandal. I am wearing Birks atm.
  24. Clarks are in general good for your feet, they just aren't dress shoes. This is a dress shoe ....and a very practical one at that
  25. All teams should be doing that.He crossed a line. While I agree, they should strive to be as healthy as possible, it's still ultimately up to them what they put in their body. They are grown men.I would disagree. That is a freedom you give up signing that contract. Your health is important to the team's investment. No different than a job requiring that you don't smoke pot.
