  1. You perhaps saved me some money. I want a mill, I want a drill press, I really however have almost zero need for either. The main thing I would use it for drill press wise is just ensuring I drill straight. In that aspect a small pilot hole would somewhat do what I need though. I have a cordless drill already.
  2. Yikes, I posted a response within minutes of seeing the original post. It has vaporized or my computer faulted out on the send. Sorry for that. The removable portion is actually self defeating. The whole purpose of a constrained layer is to stick like hell so that it can absorb the energy. That being said, I have never seen deadening devalue and vehicle when applied correctly. That isn't some uber light sports coupe where people strip it of things so it would have no valuation change by having it in there. It should also be 100% hidden so it wouldn't be known anyways. Go for the gusto, do it right and don't look back! Love the 66 btw.
  3. Doh! So i need a bigger one ....assuming of courae you mean in metal and not wood.
  4. Doh! i still need a drill press. This popped up. https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/hnp/tls/d/new-taig-milling-machine/6630069804.html I would assume that would make a kick ass drill press.
  5. That is why I am hard all the time. Just ask my wife!
  6.
  7. If the app doesn't allow resolutions then the whole thing is full of scammers . Avoid whatever site and shit you bought that from and knock up the $40 as a learning experience.
  8. Tools are 100% culled. I have a few boxes packed away with never use / duplicate stuff. My use comments above are just because I put the stuff I want to grab easily on the board before so the box holds the other stuff that is hard to hang. For things like box end wrenches I have a really hard time seeing how a tool box would be an advantage, for sockets however it is a fucking no brainer. The big thing I need a box to do is to reduce the amount of wall space I'd need. I've tried to contemplate my storage that way.
  9. Easily removable and effective as a deadener/dampener don't go hand in hand. That being said, deadener isn't for rattles. First step to stop them is to find them.
  10. I am not a plymouth guy normally, but that is sexy
  11. File a claim with paypal. Scum shoudl be punished.
  12. Toolbox vs pegboard vs cabinet vs drawer. Isn't question of if, but which things go in each. Currently the tools I don't use are in my toolbox. Except the drawers for sockets and screwdriver/drill bits. Every time I open a drawer in it I am a bit disgusted by the lack of possibly making it more organized. Too much shit in a small box. Box is too heavy to pull over to where I work on shit as well. Means I walk over and grab it...thus the pegboard being better access and setup with the tools I use.
  13. As soon as I get a garage built I can buy a fishing boat. Until then it would require a guide to get the boat.
  14. Nope....boring. You are missing nothing. Fishing!
  15. Oe ford wheels perhaps. Oe gm wheels are crap. Tons leaking all over.
  16. And yes a big ole GT coupe and truck/ute would be a great combo
  17. Buy it yes...but drive it no
  18. If you are a midget
  19. Yes. I adore the S8.
  20. If they made a RWD car I'd probably own one.
  21. And end up with wheels with no resale. I would sell what you have and buy new.
  22. They don't take trades. I wouldn't even buy them there...just would get the right repos. $400 to refinish yours makes no sense to me.
  23. Most people that would make happy....you I assume not so much
  24. Their TBSS wheels in 24's were lighter than the stock 22's from a Cadillac Escalade. Love the fact you can get factory wheel look in different sizes with different finishes. Here stock 20" with the wrong offset for a Silverado based vehicle 24" with the right offset in chrome instead of aluminum
  25. Can usually find a dealer and save some off their direct price too.
