  1. Add a labia?
  2. Because cosmetically I sure prefer my truck
  3. This could all be moot if I don't like the way it drives though.
  4. And seriously I don't get the 100k scare. My truck will have 90k on it if I release it so I'm no better other than it is a known. Being more expensive to repair with more problems though I am not sure the known is good. At $25k the car will be FREE to me. Of course, I could pay $33k for one with 70k miles, but this means I am $8k out of pocket. And guess what? After 1.5 years I will be at the same magic scary number of 100k. Is that 25k miles worth $8k on car of that price? $0.33/mile and the only extra cost I will have is IF it needs work. Add to that the amount of things that SHOULD be replaced and will on the one I buy during that time I personally feel that saving the up front will be cheaper in the long run. Unless of course shit hits the fan, but some creative research pre-buy should alleviate that.
  5. There are a ton of full range class D. I run some in my boat. They sound amazingly like an amp. ie, just as good as LP or any other amp. Scott's install skills are obviously not in question, but his drivers are overpriced turds. At a lower price I wouldn't call them that, but bang for the buck is WAY off the logical scale. Terrible investment. Classic case of selling something at a high price because of who you are. Good for him, but I'm not interested in any of them. Reminds me of a few other brands.
  6. And when the time comes I am sure the car will be closer to someone other than me. Me finding local is akin to ye olde needle in a haystack
  7. No warranty. Work would lease it for me and at the end of the lease I get to keep it. ALL repairs would be my responsibility thoughreally high miles turns me away. im sure you could find something as enjoyable with a lot less miles 97K is really high? yes its too close to 100k for comfort Hehe, Sean, I work here in Franklin TN I appreciate the offer. Not really looking at that one, but it was the prime example for what is available now. I won't really be shopping until winter.

ALL repairs would be my responsibility thoughreally high miles turns me away. im sure you could find something as enjoyable with a lot less miles 97K is really high? On something that repairs cost $,$$$, it sure is to me. 100k is the point where stuff needs replaced. exactly! This isn't 1970 and you are talking about a manufacturer that designs to last not to be cheap. I'll only buy the one that has either had the things done or is priced so that I don't mind.
  9. The future is now bitches!
  10. Having the car handshake with the home automation system isn't terrible either.
  11. Makes me want an American V8 even more though so tuning curves could also be applied from the "headunit"
  12. Next boat will be the same way too. Integration of OBD won't suck either.
  13. Also a pre-requisite for me buying a Porsche or a Rossion.
  14. Would also allow me to play with mics and noise cancellation in my office before going mobile in a car.
  15. The gps, music, radio, processor I've already played with. Only need the damn bluetooth to work. Stupidly it would be the most beneficial to me now as I am regularly at my desk trying to do something and talking on the phone where having it be handsfree would be huge.
  16. And yeah Jon, my weak attempt is a precursor to a Win8 machine being my head unit/gps/bluetooth/music server/radio/processor.
  17. The remote that is. Going to retackle the other shit later.
  18. Uninstalled all the shite I installed trying to make things work and its working again.
  19. Oh, it's just normal trying to be hacktastic around a non-supported hardware issue. Just frustrating and of course keeping me from doing what I should be doing.
  20. Wonder if I can cheat and install the bluetooth driver in Win7 emulation mode or if that will fuck my whole pc up?
  21. Aargh. I hate bluetooth. Can't pair my phone to my car and my OBD scanner at the same time. Download a frontend for a carpc to allow bluetooth phone calls to my pc from my cell phone. Figure hands free at home would be cool and it doesn't fucking work in windows on its own in Win8 for the time being. Installation of Bluesoleil software doesn't communicate with the built in Bluetooth radio in my PC. Somehow installing it raped my unified remote server so it will no longer connect. NOTHING fucking works. Windows has the damn functionality I need built in with a bug so I can't use it. Aargh.
  22. Not sure how many times we need to tell you to stop with the reviews. It's a TERRIBLE way to pick speakers. Exception being if they are measurement based with consistency in setup/comparison of course.
  23. Probably quite a few people that'd be willing to pay good money for the same analysis on their own vehicles for competition purposes. Time to start another side business Sean What I just described would cost over $100k to do on a vehicle for someone. Eats up a multimillion dollar lab for weeks. If someone wants it done it's no problem.
  24. Full on transfer path analysis, modal analysis, and optimized fe including mid frequency response. So yeah.
  25. Just an "air mouse"
