Coast guard doesn't rate things over 20'. There are only tiller handles for motors up to 250hp though. Rumors have it that next year there will be a 300hp tiller option. Truthfully I am fine at 60mph though. Above that is just danger. If I had the capability to do more, I'd over prop it pulling down the top and kicking up the midrange. Midrange is huge for modulating through monster waves and Tonka gets those with all the 50' cruisers flying around.

Restrictions of the coast guard are lifted at 20' which is why the first 4 all have 200hp+. Last one is the 19' with a 140.

The boats I am looking at all have HP restrictions because there is no steering wheel. Something REALLY exciting about having a >4L v8 being completely controlled by your arm.

Has to be older than 13 though otherwise max 90hp not 140hp. The 140hp is a detuned 175hp as well which means it is easy to kick it up a notch. Would RIP with a 175 on it.
