Big Dilemma for my New Dodge Dart.
Midbass is given to you in the install more than the speaker choice. Curious what your stock headunit has for an output. If it is a nice low level this will be easier otherwise correcting it will eat most of your budget. If you happen to be that lucky then a 7" mid run active with your tweet and a little processor like the miniDSP may be a good route for you. Surely will smoke the 6x9's you are looking at. If your h/u doesn't have a nice flat low out then you are going to spend more on a processor to deal with it than your budget allows.

I find the ones at the coops to be the freshest. Bulk baby. Nice that they are cheaper as well. As always, buy whole and grind fresh. Other spices are more effected than pepper and pre-ground pepper is useless. Somewhat akin to coffee. You've got about an hour once ground. I agree about whole vs ground, I don't follow it too often though. Because of habit and my knowledge of cooking with dried and ground vs fresh or whole dried. I think I will advise the wife to buy whole spices when she can. Force myself the change. I used a lot of onion and garlic pkwder which I knw you are not?so keep on. Thanks for the tip on the co-op. I didn't think of going there. I shop lakewinds, but wedge, Seward are both more than acceptable and frequent stops for me as well. Op and go are WAY better there too but should be reserved for rubs- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I have about 90 of these to store. Convenient to pour in and out of. Nice enough lip that no shaker top is necessary to spread extremely evenly. A tablespoon will fit in my wife tells me. I can't say that I've ever tried http://www.crateandbarrel.com/glass-spice-jar/s502057- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

Better then pr0n You're 18 right? Shit, I'd put ass and titties before anything audio related since birth. I would give up sex for the rest of my life for a 458 though. I was gonna suggest that was kinda young to be putting from the rough. And no on the 458. I'd tap ass first. Girls are easier to get then subwoofers therefore subs > pr0n subs are WAY easier to get & keep. WAY, WAY cheaper. Hell I've got at least 10 somewhere laying around.- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

There's not any "Rule of thumb" or ratio for enclosure size and tuning. WinISD is also not the best program to use for designing enclosures for the car audio environment. It's not too bad for getting an idea of what the response might be like for a given driver in a given enclosure, but sometimes it's just way wrong and it has no idea what the response will be once it's in the car. I would never go just on what it says but when it comes to the box specs posted by SSA you can bet that the recommended enclosure sizes are correct and ideal for the sub and 3cuft is right at the top of the recommended range. 32hz or 34hz you're probably not going to be able to hear a real noticeable difference between the two. What's the max dimensions you have to work with? I can help you design and draw something up if you want. WinISD is not wrong, just the interpretation that people use of the results is wrong. If you don't bother to measure your cabin gain and apply the correction you can't then assume the response includes it... - Welcome to the IHoP v.2
