funny but manual specifically states if the inputs aren't split with a Y-adapter properly it will cause overheating and premature overheating protection so I'll take a stab and say you didn't have it hooked properly... it also mentioned improper hookup would result in lower output

x2 !!!! Daily driving and musical woofer..cooling technology is the same that is / was used and develooped in the BTL woofers. No other woofers have it simply because they are not machined in house to order. The SSD with standard leads, standard copper coil, and cooling is my favorite sub personally. only difference I have noticed is the jackets... doesn't seem as "sturdy/durable" ...not that it isn't durable but the weldingsupply wire jacket is beastly and makes it harder to deal with... even at the same gauge This stuff as good as the wire from welding supply?
