ok. Exspensive P.O.S.part $265 Family is giving me chit because I dumped $ into the stereo. How the hell am I suppossed to know the pump was on its last leg. It was acting funny a few days ago, so I thought, maybe it is time for a tune up and I bought all kinds of tune up chit. and then this crap happens. Pisses me off...

hey guys. Well, I think the bass has killed my fuel pump. The pump is located in the fuel tank whick is directly below the trunk where my subs are pounding once in a while. So, after I fix the furl pump tell me how the keep teh bass from kiling the pump again...

With all the give-a-ways, I hope nobody shows up but me. haha. I hope I can get my ride ready in time. I realy want to get a much better score. ACTUALLY, I have a question. I f I wanted to do 601-1800 Stock, and trunk, and whatever else, do I have to pay $20 for each entry? Depending on what I can get done befre the show, I might try to do a street beat and consitancy contest too.

Well how did everyone do? I was there and I saw a bunch of old friends from years ago there competting. I saw some guys from CA.com there. It was a nice turn out. I would say about 45 rides entered. Go to CA for pics I guess. unless you got some to post here. I did a 142.4 and i think I could have done better. I forgot to turn the sub level back up to zero and I had the gain on the amp at min on the remote control. I was doing a highend system check and turn the subs down to -10 on the deck. Oh well. It was HOT! I am burnt. I am sure most everyone else got burnt too.

No, the 18s in the SantaFe. That windshield flexed like 2 inches. That 300 does look pretty slick though. I dont know how loud mine is. I think I need one more mono block and a pair of those new xxx Soundstream 12's proto types. Mine is louder than all my friends but thats not saying much with them guys. I know I can put a sheet of paper in the window and make it flap with the wind from the subs. And you can stand out side the car and feel your pants shake and move. But I am not sure that is loud enought for me anymore. I could try and squeze a bigger box in the trunk. I built my box. 3.75 slot ported to 26.5 hz. Sound beautiful. got two Soundstream Turantula 12's ran by a PA-PS1-3000D mono block dropped to .5ohms @ 14.7 = 1,764 watts peak, 1440RMS. I dont know what the Cavaliers vehical freq is. Last time I metered I had it ran at 2 ohms and that was 135.7 I think this new configuration should be 5 points higher.???? What do you think.
