  1. For me, scenery is easier. I'm just not a social person so I have a hard time asking a random person if I can take their photo. And then even if I do, they expect it take a second when in reality it takes about 45 seconds for me to set up for a shot and then they feel awkward. So I fall back on taking pictures of my friends, but then I don't really find the photos interesting because to me, they are just pictures of my friends. Landscape on the other hand is easier for me. Everyone likes sunsets.
  2. Damn Shogen, I totally forgot you don't like sepia tone.. my bad. It's only because it looked more natural in my lighting because my face was so washed out with light.
  3. Been waiting for clear skies. Looks like it won't be until Monday In the meantime, how about an accidental self-portrait? Was trying to take a video and snapped a photo instead! Upon further inspection, I rather like it. Photographers always say to take pictures of people. Perhaps I should investigate!
  4. I am for sure down! I would be a worthless competitor, but you can bet your ass I will be there!
  5. Thanks! Now this picture isn't exactly all that appealing, but I find it interesting. Using a flash and the reflective properties of road signs, one can make an interesting looking picture (in my opinion). I do apologizing for having part of the car in the frame, but it was raining outside so I couldn't expose the camera to the outside of the car!
  6. Thanks for understanding Mark I agree. I think it had great potential.
  7. I also dislike the new classifieds
  8. I love this time of year. The ice is melting and there are so many sunny days
  9. I actually just purchased a Winchester 1894 from 1974 today. I wish I had the curvy light thing that goes on the end of a flashlight so I could take a good picture of the barrel. Damn thing seriously looks brand spanking new. I'm mostly into more of the C & R firearms myself. Not too much of a collection, but not bad in my opinion considering my age and lack of job.
  10. Understandable Stefan Easier on my bank account anyways
  11. I am semi-interested in a Sig 556.
  12. Oh i'm sorry! I didn't mean to make it sound like I competed. As I, sadly, do not compete.
  13. Too busy doing work and preparing to waste time on zee interwebz????
  14. When I was a child my father was out of town for only about a day a week on average. It was nice to have him around!
  15. From his other thread, he is looking for an amp that is either 600 watts @ 4ohm or lower so he can be in a specific competing class. Also, from a PM he sent me: Budget is $1200 for amps + subs
  16. Lots of people do. They just don't comment of every single thread. Good luck to you all! I'm rooting for you RamRod!
  17. Edit: Saw your other thread discussing competition. Either way, what's your budget? If the sundowns are too much for you, I always reccomend getting a refurbished one. They come with warranty's! http://www.db-r.com/...products_id=287
  18. What subs do you have and why are you trying to break them in? The best way to break them in is to play them at a loud, but safe, listening level. Just as you would when they are broken in.
  19. Well now. Quite simple you have become the pompous asshole. It applies greatly to this thread in which different amplifiers are being compared. Who said it had to be thought provoking to you? You aren't the one asking questions. Quite simply: maybe Stefan wasted a few seconds of your life and perhaps a few seconds of the OP's if he already knew that as well. But perhaps the OP didn't know that. And now he does. Stefan shared useful information that pertained to the topic matter. More than I can say about your previous post.
  20. Stefan's last post contained extremely useful information; especially the conclusion.
  21. There simply isn't enough information from that for you to make that assumption. At what voltage is the M3a putting out over 3000 watts? I could see that on a 16v electrical system. Which would make it comparable with the SAZ-2500 again. Besides, if you knew the answer to your question then why ask it?
  22. Based upon information from the companies websites, I would say that the DDM3a is comparable to the SAZ-2500d.
  23. Slow HOP tonight
