Someone stole your wiring? The big three is adding a battery ground to the chassis and one to the engine then adding another wire from your alt to the battery positive all in 1/0 awg wire.

Your confusion is with the term SQ if you were looking for true SQ than you wouldn't be worried about more sub output. You just want a system that sounds good on different types of music. correct?

If your looking for a sub that can get loud and sound good there are other subs besides the Q and the BL. But i would put it in a ported box first before going through the trouble to sell it.

You can try an audiopipe amp but there only stable down to 2 ohms. There good budget amps that do rated.

What exactly do you mean as a baffle?

I was thinking about sound deadening but just wasn't sure how much work i wanted to put in a car thats 24 years old. Thanks alot for all the help. I may sound noobish and i may not post much but i spend a lot of time reading the good info hear and i am glad that there are places like this that actually have meaningful discussions without a bunch of bullshit.

I guess that they work better in the Infinite Baffle type setup of a door panel? Do you have any other tips or tricks that would help the install? I just feel like i left something out or that it could sound better.
