  3. 279.2 this morning. 4 lbs away from my reward of new running shoes so i can start kicking in some fitness
  4. that is scary... I never seen that kind b4... Almost looks like a movie effect... Congrats on that though! Also, keep up the good work... I hit my goal weight a while back and then decided I felt too skinny so I did a "bulk" phase which honestly scared me cuz it happened "too" quickly.... Now I'm trying to get back down cuz I want to stay under 190... The best thing is to document the progress of these goals and reward your achievements! thanks for the support dude. The 4d ultrasound is trippy when you are there. Its called 4d because its 3d in real time. We got some detailed pics of him and he isn't done cooking yet.
  5. Thanks dude. I'll check it out. I can say that using the app I've been using has made everything more comfortable. It sucked just trying to hold myself to it with no documentation. With calorie counting, I can eat whatever I want; which is awesome because I love food. I just stay under my limit, whether its greasy pizza or healthy carrot sticks. That's one way to do it, but junk food still isn't healthy for you even if your losing weight at the same time. Most definitely. The good thing is that i am eating junk a lot less frequently because they cost me valuable calories. Average pizza is up to 300 calories a slice. My calorie limit for the whold day is 1400, so most of the time, i would go with a more filling and lower calorie healthier food. It is nice to not have to give up these foods completely

  8. Journalling is going good. Weigh day= 298.8. Under 300 for the first time in a while. Probably going to be making and posting episode 4 sometime this weekend
  9. My wife and i just started doing our food journals. We had great success with it before.

  12. thanks dude. We go grocery shopping on the 7th and my wife and i will try and do no processed foods. We have done one large trip each month for so long, but are probably going to start shopping a week at a time.

    planet fitness is a little silly with the "lunk alarm", but it is ridiculously cheap. I have seen people lifting and making a little noise without setting it off.

  16. So went to the gym last night for the first time in a while. I did ten minutes of cardio(boy i need to build some stamina). After i did a round a full round at the "30 minute max workout' area. Its basically 5 leg machines and and 5 upper body machines with a step up cardio station in between each one. It has a red and green light on the wall that tells you when to switch machines. Heading back Tuesday
