I cant figure out where to lay the 0 ga wire so it wont show under the carpet!

For that vehicle, I don't have a lot of experience with unibodies so I can't help you much.

I'd just start pulling carpet and see if there's any channels or places you can fit it.

Usually you can go under the door sill or right next to it. Have two runs of 0ga in the Neon right there and you wouldn't know unless I told you. There's a channel there for the factory harness with plenty of extra room.
