I'd suggest putting them in a box that's built for the subs, and not prefabbed, would be best, unless of course 2.5 cubes sealed is the mach5 suggested size, or the ported box is the proper size and tuning for them.

well the sealed is above recommendd size, but i have heard that these perform much better in ported boxes. my ported box is right around the recommended size, but not tuned right.. i am probably going to first see how they sound, and change the enclosure if i dont like the results.

250 rms to each should be sufficient to power them right?

it will do OK with that

but 350 rms each is the best rms to use?

Thanks for all the comments guys - I appreciate it. It was a tough decision to make, but I think it will dispel a lot of myths and innuendo about Mach 5 pricing.

I will keep the shipping as low as possible to benefit everyone. If you see slight adjustments in the near future, it is my 'fine tuning' of them.
