Posted August 13, 200718 yr Hello:I would greatly appreciate any input on securing or mounting my sub box to the rear trunk of my car (Mazda 3 Sedan). I found some references to using Velcro, L brackets etc., to secure the box to the trunk. Any other ideas or sugestions?Thank You!TSS
August 13, 200718 yr Industrial hook and loop ( velcro is a brand name) is incredibly strong. It also leaves the least amount of damage when you need to remove it. It is however the most costly of the options.
August 13, 200718 yr Bolted in with my last box, current one is just using copious amounts of normal velcro. After all it is in the trunk.
August 13, 200718 yr i have an explorer...my new box will be bolted to the floor inside the box...i dont want a 100lb box flying at the back of my head in a auto accident
