My friend wanted to know which is better. I have two Memphis Pr's layin around somewhere and he has some Kenwood Typhoon 12's in his truck. Both in sealed application. The Typhoons are running off some crappy Phoenix Digital 1000w amp. I doubt if the amp even puts out 400w. anyway and I have an Orion 600D (I think thats the model) for the Memphis' and also for my own personal TS-W306's. The amps are somewhat Irrelevant for this question as I'm just trying to figure out the following things for him.

1. Which subs hit harder?

2. Which Get louder?

3. Which are More Efficient?

4. Would they sound better in my car ('96 Taurus) or his truck ('86 Chevy Pickup)?

Well come to think about it. Since we are ont he subject, If you happen to know off hand which amp would work better for the subs then by all means inform me. Im going to say the Orion will do better just because I love my 600d simply for the fact its a little Powerhouse IMO.

So yea. Im trying to get him to just friggin join this site but he is lazy at times and makes me do all his dirty work. Thanks in advance Guys.

1. Stick your cheek out, you'll know once each one hits you

2. The one's that sound louder

3. Neither, both are horribly inefficient

4. In a dumpster next to a landfill

Thanks... assface.... I know they both suck ass. But for his no money spending ass, which would be better.

Honestly, I don't think it really matters between them.

If they're free, you can afford to answer all of your questions through trial and error.
