As the topic says, thinking about powering two 15's off a buttkicker bka1000-4A amp. 2000w@2ohm 1000w @ 4ohm but I

The buttkicker was tested over at avs and was found to only produce 1000@ into 2 ohms. In addition to this the distortion got all the way up to 14%. I have one powering a rlp15 and it sounds great to me but obviously thats just my opinion. Im sure if you ran a search over there you could find the thread.

Just something to be aware of.

they are chit for customer service. i bought three items from them, they sent one. i asked why they didn't send the other two, a week later i got "not in stock" i asked for a refund three times and calll them anoth four times. took over a month to get a refund.

that amp should work good bridged right? that way it will b from a site i trust and like and i will save money lol o and get another ssa sticker for the other side of my window

I've ordered stuff from Ike before and had it go perfectly. I've also had orders go bad too.

The majority of orders that people have had with them are bad.

Might be a good idea to stick with a Class D amplifier, for efficiency sake.

Budget? You need ~1k @ 1ohm.

and my budget is about 300.. but the cheaper the better but i dont want a pos amp either
