I use x-tra thick bacon, brown sugar, and hickory chips. Everyone loves it.

I'll have more pics in an hour or two, when it's done.

    chit got eaten b4 pics could be made. Took it to a party, it was gone before dinner started.

    Basically, it wont get super crunchy, and you should pull it off before it gets very dark.
