November 3, 200717 yr This is what Id do.1 15" AA Arsenal - $195http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/shop/in...p;productId=165Pioneer HU - $189http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/shop/in...mp;productId=61Kicker RS 6.5 Component Set - $254http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=2506Kicker ZX700.5 - $419http://www.woofersetc.com/index.cfm?fuseac...Product_ID=3961It comes out just a little over $1,000, but then factore in an amp kit and some deadening and you will be right at your budget. As for deadening, I run Peel n Seal in my car and it works great. Sticks real nice and stops the rattles. After everything, should be right around $1,400, but would be worth it. It isnt going to win any SQ world records, but will sound alot better than most systems and still get down with the ported 15. Those ZX700.5s are awesome amps, know couple people running them and they love em.Just run the amp bridged to the Component set and Aresenal and you will be ready to go.

November 3, 200717 yr No 6x9 and no coaxial. Those components would be way better than what you proposed to change. Having rears is unecessary and does no good and to top it off pretty much 99% of the 6x9's on the market are complete crap.I'd upgrade (for the same price) to the Pioneer 720prs set though.
