November 16, 200717 yr Focal is revamping the tweeter for the next release... being there were too many complaints about them being too harsh and hissy.... They've done some major tweaking and i hear they are much warmer now...I like my mids n highs warm and i like to experience a little boom from my mid (not boomy but a little low end) I don't like harsh tweets but rather warm and silky (not texture but sound wise)....I can say the morel tweeter fit this bill but the seas mid gave me the OOMF i was looking for...I can't wait to hear the new focals though (anyone heard them yet, in hawaii we are probably on the last to receive shipping list being on a rock in the pacific ocean LOL)

November 25, 200717 yr i'd hope they redo that damn tweet. harshest damn thing i've ever owned, save some sony's. glad to know i'm not alone in that thought either. teh focal's mids weren't bad though. definitely better then my current memphis sqs, but i'd glady give up teh stronger mid for the smooth silk tweeter of the memphis. of course, i've not gotten to listen to anything like some of you folks have, so i'm a little wanting...wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
