Anybody using/have used this xover? Pros, cons, noise issues?

As a now I'm running an Audio Control DQXS to cross my bass mids and tweets.

My plan is to add the HK3X into the mix to bandpass the midbass and continue to let the DQXS handle the subs midrange and tweets.
