Is there any companies out there that would be willing to custom make a recone kit with a high roll surround? Say I wanted to recone a BTL or something or that sort, but I really wanted a high-roll rubber surround.

I know TC makes their subs with them, as does SoundSplinter with their Rl-p 18, but I want to do it with a sub like the BTL, DD 9500, or something else in an 18.

No need, I just love them enough and the way they look that I would be willing to pay extra to have it.

Someone correct my if I'm wrong, but having a high roll surround is going to change how that sub moves drastically. As in the spiders will work harder.
