Should I go with 3 or 4 kicker 12L7's.....2 13w7's....or 2 or 3 12w7's

I'll probably haev either two kicker 1500 watt amps or the kicker 2500 watt amps. I'm looking to bump hard around town, sound nice and get real loud. It'd be nice to about hit 150dB if possible. thanks!

Or if there are any other subs that are comparable if not better, suggestions are welcome!

i dont like any of those subs, the L's are muddy and the Jl's are over rated.

150dB is slightly more difficult than you may realize...

You'll be no where close to 150dB with either of those setups.

You need a double the power and a huge electrical backbone.

Instead of the L7's Get a 2 SOLO x's and a bigger amp, and u'll have a better chance at 150

but i like the 4l7 setup, i've seen it a couple of times and its pretty loud, w7 is overpriced, i wouldnt say overated

if your open to other sub suggestions, the setup we just built for a s10 blazer should break the 150db barrier. 4 ICON 12s, 1 sundown 3000D. I think this set up would deff sound good and get loud for you when you need it too. Not to mention, would be a hair cheaper too. Here's a link to the build.
