Posted August 22, 200421 yr Anyone know if the CCD-2400's are strappable? I just ordreed a pair of them and am trying to find out and Concept's Tech support has been less than fabulous. Trieid for over a week to get them to answer and email with a few questions with no response. I have called them half a dozen times with no answer at the Tech support line. So I have left some messages with no response. Is it possible they have just one tech guy and he is on vacation? I hope this is not a sign of things to come from them.

August 27, 200421 yr well yea he still anwsers his emall fast, its still a new company........ wait after a few years and he grows............ oh and plugs arent shameless ............ :ugh: you have good reasons ur right of course. but one can hope that as he grows, so does the list of personal. now i know that isn't necessarly the best business sense, but maybe it should be.i mean one of the main reasons i went with soundsplinter is because he(mike) answered the emails so fast and thourghly. i wa sreally wanting an re sub, but like i said earlier..still no answer. that kinda burned me...could i have called, yeah...but if they aren't going to answer emails, why even post a link?oh well, water under the bridge....and indeed, i have good reasons for pluggin sound splinter....great product great customer service. what mor can u ask for..thanks for sayin they ain't shamless..lolwheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

September 2, 200421 yr Author Forgot that this post was up. According to the manual they are NOT strappable. But that doesn't mean it can't be done!
