has anyone bench tested on of these I have heard on other boards that they compair in output power to a DD Z1 even though they are rated @ 3600 is this true? thanks

They're under rated quite a bit ;)

that's what I've heard do you know what they bench on a 12 volt set up

I'm working on building a nice load to be able to test them out...

BUT, as far as the guts look, I'd say somewhere around 5k. On the inside it looks a lot like the AB 500.1.

cool come on taxes

I'd rather have one over a Z1 no matter what the power output was compared to it :D

My new subs will be dual 1 ohm - 1 sub per 40.1 @ 0.5 ohms. Going by my past 3 sub setups in the wall, I am guessing around 0.8-0.9 ohms with impedance rise playing music. Can't wait to see how that works out :D

What are your plans for it/them ?

You should grab some from ScottieJ, on ca.com or keep your eye out on the spl forums, maybe you can score one even cheaper than Scottie's ;)

2 HDc315 for street beat in a bug wired to 1ohm hope to get a 150db will post pics when done. also can I get a link to ScottieJ's ad couldn't find it. thanks

according to scottie johnson they do

3600 @ 12.8V

4400-4800 @ 14.4V

and

7500-8000 @ 17V
