Alright.... here's the deal. I got an IA 20.1 off of the ca.com forums. When I get it it has the following problems,

The problem is its randomly going into protect. I resoldered the piece that was disconnected above, I'm assuming it was from the power supply. It doesn't do it often, and it clicks out of protect within about 10 seconds. Is this something that you can fix???
