Posted March 16, 200817 yr my over all budget has been raised to the area of $600-700 this is mostly so I can afford to build a box. Still want two 18's and due to my research, I am looking for about 8.5cubes@26Hz because singaboy311's box is a kewl design. Again thanks for the help so far! I am looking forward to building this beast, just so excited ( parents aren't LOL) but hey, if its too loud, you're too old!

May 28, 200817 yr Digital Designs Z series, in an older Volvo.World record scores don't happen because of the equipment, though, they happen because of the countless number of hours and days that go into testing and refining it I've always thought the idea of comparison sub shopping on Youtube was idiotic. Because it's all about the enclosure, and there are a multitude of ways to make a subwoofer move a lot and not have impressive output. And there are a lot of ways to have a lot of output without a lot of cone travel.
