Alright. Here is what I have to work with.

The box will be for a 12" ICON. I want it ported to play low and deep. As you can see from the picture, the only dimensions I have play on are X and Y.

I know nothing about round ports so help me out here. The ports coming out the top will be placed directly beneath my open 6x8 reardeck holes.

Total internal volume BEFORE port displacement, bracing, but including sub displacement is 2.69 cubes. Thats using 15 for X and 12 for Y.

I want it tuned as low as an Icon 12 could possibly be. Some like 28-30Hz if possible.

At 28hz using 2 2" ports they need to be 7.59". Use a flared port if possible.

Are 2" in ports big enough?

You may get some port noise, but with a flared port it'll be minimal at best.

You really can't go with anything larger because it would have to be longer.. and you only have 14" to work with.

can or do you want to extend your ports out of the box partially so they go up into the rear deck physically?

If you do, how far away is the top of that box from the rear deck?

I already have the box 1 inch away from the bottom of the deck. Thanks for the idea though. I didn't' realize people don't bend their ports.
