they are all the same really.

some come with rubber rings that help protect against moisture/water, others don't. some mount differently than others.

care to share why your current one sucks?

well i got it at a flea market its a circuit breaker and there is a crack in it because it got slammed in my hood lol and i think it might be part of my amp problems.

just buy any other fuse block that will fit your needs. find it for what wire you are using and amperage rating. then your set.

you can get a flashy flashy look at me i'm pretty and expensive fuse block. or the cheap basic looking fuse holder that no one cares about. both pretty much do what you need it to do.

I always put dielectric compound (grease) on the contacts, has really helped me and can cool it some if you are maxing current in it. It fights corrosion and keeps dust out. I use it on lots of plugs/connectors in cars as well as spark plug wires the stuff is golden. I have a scoshe 100a right now with a clear cover on it and no problems, but it stays very dry behind the battery anyway.
