People have also strapped them wrong in at least two cases now... can you describe your problem? Or have we already spoken about it? Sometimes I lose track :)

Got it. Not having real names on the forums gets me. Did you set the gains like our last e-mail? Based on this latest bit of information I would try a different RCA cable too if I were you if you are still having an issue.
