Posted May 8, 200817 yr Recently i've only been able to play my mids and highs... whenever i turn on the sub my mids and highs will turn off and all u here is very distorted bass from the subwoofer. Now at first i thought it was a ground issue but i checked all of the grounds and they seem to be alright

May 8, 200817 yr Author yeah everything is all amped up... currently i have a Sundwon 1500 going to my SX and then i got a pretty crappy 4 channel amp going to mids and highs. i jus got my sundown 100.4 shpped today so i should be expecting within the next couple of days... Everything was working cherry until i opened up one of the back panels to show my friends my setup
May 9, 200817 yr Author someone on caraudiojunkyard asked if i could post wut i got so here it goesOkay let see if i can get everything ... first my headunit is a Pioneer DEH-P6000UB ... i have a O AGW going to the back of my camaro to a Kenetik 800HC Battery... From there the O gauge goes into a distroblock. from there i have a 4 gauge going from the distro to my sundown 1500 and i think a 8 guage goin to my Xtreme 4 channel amp. got a 12" RE Audio SX
May 9, 200817 yr How are your RCA's run? Do they go from the head unit to one amp and loop out of that amp to the other?What happens if you have both amps on and no RCA's plugged in?
May 9, 200817 yr Author um get three sets of preouts so i run the rcas to whichever amp they are suppose to be
May 9, 200817 yr when the sound goes crazy, does any one of those amps go into protect?Get back there and see if the protect light is flickering.
