Posted May 11, 200817 yr i want to get a FI Q 15 with BP and want to power it with a Bxi-1206D and then get a pdx100.4 for my speakers. just wondering what i would need to do to run it all and if i am ok with stock alternator??
May 11, 200817 yr You will be ok with the stock alternator but I would suggest an extra battery, preferably a good deep cycle. Maybe something along the lines of a Kinetik HC1800. Also, the big3 upgrade and 1/0 for the front to back positive run.

May 11, 200817 yr maybe you should wait more than 18 minutes before getting antsy, especially on a saturday night. Before we say his stock alternator will suffice, shouldn't you know how big it is? Some of those older Hondas and things have 60 amp alternators. Think that'll cover those amps? I'd say if you have 110+ you'll be ok. stock battery might suffice as well, but may want to upgrade to a red top or something similar that has a little more backup power. Then just run some 1/0 guage from the battery to the back.
