Posted July 5, 200817 yr hi,i planned to do a wall setup and the vehicle will be a 4-door Toyota Landcruiser. The wall will be as close as possible with the front seats but not up to compromising seating comfortably. How do you seal off the portion where there is window? i see that the front wall will be sitting halfway of the rear passenger door window.thanks
July 5, 200817 yr Removable wall, or non removable? Non removable, expanding foam + beauty baffle. Removable, just the baffle, snugly fitting the contours of your rear doors.
July 6, 200817 yr Author i plan for a removable setup. The problem is that the weakest part will be presence of glass (window) on the side of the front wall. Do you lose dB a lot this way?so if i bring forward the front wall to be as close as possible to the front seat, how close can i be? i've read that you need at least 4" port mouth clearance on the front so as not to 'choke' the port.
