Hey guys, I'm new to the site.

I am about to build a new box for my Fi BTL 15'' and I was wondering what aero ports are? I know this may sound stupid but basically what I want to know is if they can be used instead of a slot port in a ported enclosure that will be used daily for music? Can you still pick a tuning frequency? I was looking to tune at 32hz with a box volume of 4.5 cubes. And lastly, is there a benefit to them over a slot port design?

    Specific tuning can still be achieved based on the length and diameter and number of the aero ports. I am going through this same problem with my soloX. I had a guy over on ca.com help me with a program to see how many, what size, and length. It changes with box volume and driver displacement etc.
