August 10, 200817 yr is it just me or does the surround looked warped? higher on the left in the picture then kinda dips down on the right?any shot of the cone? I didn't think the rli-8 uses a quad stacked motor. I'd think it's some big SPL-type, like Atomic or DD or something.
August 10, 200817 yr Not an RL-i. Motor's WAY to big. Doesn't look like any production driver I've seen. My guess wold be something totally custom that someone made/had made.

August 10, 200817 yr Could it be a 12" RD Audio SHW with an extra slug? I know that the 10's you actually have to split the box because the motor is wider that the basket (11" If I remember right).
August 10, 200817 yr Well, have you asked the guy who the build house is? Also ask what size coil the sub has on it? Duran is also right it's a waste of a good sub.
