as a hardcore SQ guy I wanna try some new things for the next show. I want to be able to black all the windows out(pyscho-acustics) so the judges can't locate any of the drivers....I don't want it to look bad(towels and such) any ideas? I do wanna keep it as cheap as I can too but totally black the car out.

Yeah...cardboard.....I bet that would get some positive feedback.....after I am done I can either give it to a homeless person or a B-boy to breakdance on....

Guess there's no sense of humor here :faintthud:

get a roll of black vinyl from a local sign shop, stick it on once you get to the show and remove before ya leave

thanks for the ideas.....I also want to make a cover for the instrument panel too so even the dash board lights are blocked....make it so dark they will have to open the sunroof cover some to get any light.....darker the better

Dave, just give the judges one of your leather facemasks to wear...that'll do the trick...

(and some fuzzy handcuffs)

;)

Some luaun or thin ply board panels spraypainted black would work well

black trash bag and masking tape.

ok, that wouldn't look great.

After some thought I would use it mainly for testing for tonality but for location I will test with the car uncovered so I can get visual cues.
