A friend of mine has a 700 watt JBL amp and wants a pair of 12s that'll hit hard and sound good sealed. These are the subs we're trying to choose between. Which would you choose out of these?

Given a slightly larger-than-typical enclosure, Icons will do fine on that power "Underpowering" is a sticky term...
