Hi there,

Can you guyz tell me whether there are other brand (amps) that has "Time Alignment" feature besides ZAPCO's DC Reference?

Thanks for your help,

Kelvin

Not worth it to have it in the amp, IMO.

Just get a head unit or outboard processor that does it, and have the flexibility of using any amp you want :)

Sorry I don't understand what that means lol

He vehemently agrees.

in other words, get a different head unit. Let the amp do what amps do... let the procesor do what it does.

Ohh yes, always wanted to know how I can use, let's say an 8V pre outputs headunit with an amplifier that can only accept up to 4V input sensitivity? Should I leave the gain on the amplifier to the minimum?

I always feel like a noob asking those question.

It'll work but you won't be able to turn your head unit volume up all the way. So, for a very general example, if your head unit goes to 50, you may only be able to turn it up to 25 before the preout voltage starts exceeding the amp's input voltage rating.

Can you determine the max usable volume by using a voltmeter? if yes how please explain. I have a voltmeter but never really got to understand it.
