Help with measurements for 15" BL enclosure

I have an 05 denali and want a 5 cu ft. box made. I went on re box calculator and my measurements I typed in made the box not square.

Could someone give me a hand and give me some dimensions or a drawing???

    Not all boxes are square, btw. What's wrong with a rectangle?
